His passion and leadership quickly produced a company with a reputation for going beyond what's expected and working diligently to make customers' lives easier. Today, Clear Capital combines high customer ethics and the most progressive technology to deliver highly accurate and reliable tools, including Appraisals, Broker Price Opinions, Home Data Indexes, and Value Reconciliations.

Andrews and Marshall co-founded Clear Capital in 2001 as a logical offshoot of the revolutionary REONetwork.com, the most widely used searchable database of Real Estate Owned (REO) vendors. Since Andrews established REO Network, it has become a trusted resource for asset managers and brokers. REO Network houses more than 15,000 registered REO professionals—one of the most extensive selections of experienced REO vendors in one location.

Prior to starting REONetwork.com, Andrews refined his financial skills as a certified public accountant within the Financial Management Group at KPMG Peat Marwick. Nurturing a life-long interest in the financial world, Andrews earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of Southern California with an emphasis in real estate finance. He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Biola University in La Mirada, California. Andrews is a licensed California real estate broker.
