Clear Capital

Helge Hukari is General Counsel for Clear Capital^™. Hukari oversees the legal and regulatory affairs for the company and provides legal advice on a wide range of strategic, tactical and operational issues. He is responsible for managing company contracts, litigation, legislative and regulatory affairs, compliance matters, and intellectual property.

Prior to joining Clear Capital in 2008, Hukari spent 15 years practicing law at an international law firm in Palo Alto, Calif. and working with investment banks and hedge funds in San Francisco and New York. He has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, U.S. and international securities laws, corporate structuring, negotiation of joint venture and investment agreements, and general corporate representation.

In 1994, Hukari was admitted to practice law in California. He received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University and a law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law.
