Sarah Lambert is Director of Human Resources for Clear Capital^™. Lambert oversees the company's recruitment efforts aimed at hiring the brightest, friendliest employees who are committed to making customers' lives better. She is also responsible for creating and maintaining the company's practices and objectives that provide a safe, employee-oriented work environment that emphasizes a high quality of life. Lambert also coordinates the implementation of Human Resources-related services, policies, and programs; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.

Lambert has more than 15 years of Human Resources experience with a demonstrated expertise in recruitment, management, sales, staff planning, training and operations. She has a diverse background in the search and placement of executive and management positions within a variety of industries including technology, financial services, software, manufacturing, electronic, biotech, healthcare and service enterprises.
